What Are The Specifications And Features Of Cream Jars?

Cream jars are common packaging containers for cosmetics, skincare products, and other cream-based products. Their core function is to provide a sealed, moisture-proof, and light-protected storage environment for the cream, while also enhancing the user experience through a well-designed structure. Common materials for cream jars include plastic and glass, with PP (polypropylene) being the mainstream choice for small to medium-sized cream jars due to its lightweight, chemical resistance, and lower cost.

Cream jars typically employ a double-layer structure: a rigid outer layer and a flexible or compressible inner layer for easy dispensing. Taking the GS-X12 model as an example, its bottle and cap are tightly interlocked by threads, combined with a pull tab design, ensuring both a tight seal and easy opening. The surface treatment is a glossy finish, reducing cream residue and providing a smooth base for subsequent printing or hot stamping decorations. In terms of material, PP has a temperature resistance range of -20℃ to 120℃, meeting the needs of normal transportation and storage, and is recyclable, aligning with environmental trends.
