Structure And Function Of Sunscreen Bottles

A typical sunscreen bottle consists of a bottle body, an inner stopper, and a cap. The bottle body features a U-shaped design, ergonomically designed for easy handling and squeezing; the inner stopper prevents backflow of the lotion, avoiding contamination; and the cap is securely attached to the bottle body via threads or snaps, ensuring a tight seal. Some products support electroplating, depositing a metallic layer on the bottle surface to enhance gloss and texture; screen printing is used to print brand logos or product information, resulting in clear and durable lettering. Daily production capacity of up to 10,000 units can meet brands' delivery time requirements.

Customization of sunscreen bottles mainly involves capacity, surface treatment, and accessory options. Common capacities are 30ml and 50ml, suitable for travel or daily use; in addition to electroplating, surface treatments include frosting and spraying to suit different brand styles; regarding accessories, the material (such as PP plastic) and size of the inner stopper and cap can be adjusted to ensure compatibility with the bottle body. Furthermore, HDPE raw materials meet food-grade safety standards, allowing direct contact with cosmetic ingredients without concerns about harmful substance migration.
