Cream jar specifications and tolerance control

[[InfoAuthor]]

The capacity of a cream jar directly impacts product pricing and usage scenarios. The GS-X12 series offers ten sizes ranging from 5g to 250g, covering sample sizes (5g-15g), regular sizes (30g-100g), and family-sized portions (150g-250g). All sizes are produced using standardized molds, with tolerances controlled within ±0.1mm, ensuring compatibility between the bottle and cap and preventing sealing issues or assembly difficulties due to dimensional deviations. This standardized production model also reduces management costs when using multiple sizes together.

The standard configuration includes a cap, a pull tab, and the bottle body. The cap typically features a sealing ring on the inside for enhanced leak-proof performance; the pull tab is secured to the bottle body with clips, allowing users to tear it open with one hand for ease of use. Finished products are packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes, with internal dividers securing individual cream jars to reduce the risk of collisions during transport.
